Our Event Management staff can work with you to coordinate any of these types on events. These are usually large-scale events but can also be smaller and more intimate. Regardless of size most require arranging meals, travel, hotel accommodations and activities for the attendees. We will also supply or arrange multimedia equipment, room setup and can help put together handouts for attendees. This all being done within a specified budget.

Fund-raising Events

Our Event Management staff for a nonprofit fund-raising event usually works closely with the CEO and board members in brainstorming ideas for the event. Once the theme is decided, Dream Weaver Presents: will start implementing it from start to finish. Being responsible for booking the venue, advertising, ordering food, arranging activities, supplying or arranging multimedia equipment, room setup, working with vendors and setting up the event.
